The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in the Entertainment and Telco. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.
TikTok's Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across the globe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Responsibilities:
- Lead as a strategic consultant by guiding clients through digital transformation using TikTok's unique platform capabilities. Drive client success through industry insights and emerging trends.

- Prioritize and manage the sales pipeline to capture high-impact opportunities, forecast revenue, and provide solutions that align with clients' digital strategies and growth plans.
- Develop transformative account plans that support business evolution, leveraging data-driven insights and TikTok's platform strengths to fuel client innovation and growth.
- Surpass sales and digital transformation goals by driving results that enable clients to effectively engage with audiences and maximize ROI on TikTok.
- Deliver consultative, data-rich presentations that combine TikTok solutions with broader digital trends, inspiring stakeholder alignment and commitment to change.
- Engage C-suite executives with a strong consulting presence, positioning TikTok as a key driver in clients' digital transformation journeys.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written English and Italian communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep TMT Industry/category knowledge & strategic consultancy mindset
- Ability to influence C-level executives on marketing strategy & digital transformation
- Proven track record in commercial growth, partnerships and advertising sales
- Full funnel digital marketing knowledge, including advanced measurement solutions
