Responsibilities
The Brand Partnership Manager is responsible for building long term relationships, educating them about our ad products and identifying commercial opportunities. TikTok's ads are high-impact and engaging: we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Responsibilities:
- Lead as a strategic consultant by guiding clients through digital transformation using TikTok's unique platform capabilities. Drive client success through industry insights and emerging trends.
- Prioritize and manage the sales pipeline to capture high-impact opportunities, forecast revenue, and provide solutions that align with clients' digital strategies and growth plans.
- Develop transformative account plans that support business evolution, leveraging data-driven insights and TikTok's platform strengths to fuel client innovation and growth.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written English and Italian communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
