TikTok's Brand Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with the top clients and brands across DACH, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok.

In the Brand Partnerships team you will drive our innovative advertising products which are high-impact and engaging, to create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within an exiting client portfolio of brands in the Entertainment, Media & Sports sector.
- Jointly lead a named book of business together with designated Client Solutions Manager.
- Lead and grow client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
- Deepen the penetration of Entertainment, Media & Sports clients.
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the DACH market.
- Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews for owned book of business.
- Swiftly navigate negotiations on C-Level to unlock incremental opportunities and steer client relationships even on the highest level.
- Design compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, industry insights and 3rd party data.
- Collaborate cross functionally to continuously improve TikTok's products, processes and client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated professional experience in the media and advertising industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and network in the DACH Entertainment, Media & Sports industry, as well as in the DACH agency landscape, including Media, Social, and Creative agencies.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, with a preference for experience in the Entertainment, Media & Sports client sector.
- Relationship Building: Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers for brands and their related agencies in the DACH region.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally). Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- Digital Sales Experience: Experience in digital and programmatic sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- App Monetisation Experience: Experience with app monetization is a significant plus.
- Additional Language Skills: Knowledge of additional languages beyond English and German.
- Innovative Spirit: Self-starter and fast learner with a startup spirit, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated potential to perform well in a rapidly changing environment.
