The Brand Partnerships Manager team's strategic mission is twofold: first, to establish and cultivate robust, long-term client and agency partnerships, and second, to drive growth through new business acquisition and cross-upselling opportunities. This is achieved by delivering cutting-edge campaign advice that effectively addresses the unique challenges of direct clients and agencies. The Brand Partnerships Manager team are equipped with an in-depth understanding of TikTok's advertising product suite and are characterized by their strategic acumen, adaptability, and willingness to embrace change. As a Brand Partnerships Manager you'll collaborate with a group of cross functional experts and client solutions managers and together, you take a proactive approach to not only secure new business but also to maximize client value through upselling, renewals, and reactivation of campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities for brands in the Netherlands to partner with TikTok.
- Lead and grow client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships.
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Able to activate and build strong Executive Level relationships across advertisers and media agencies
- Experience in presenting online campaign data and delivering recommendations that drive value for the client and growth for TikTok
- Excellent verbal and written English and Dutch language communication skills.
