We are seeking an experienced Business Partnerships Manager to join our CE Sales team with key focus on Czech Republic and Slovakia. The team is responsible for the relationships with key advertisers, media and advertising agencies in the region. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains competitive and innovative in the market. As a Business Partnerships Manager Lead, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential by crafting and executing a strategy for designated book of business. Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in driving the growth of TikTok in the region, as you collaborate with leading clients and marketeers.
As a member of our sales team, you will be expected to drive impactful, consultative selling with all levels of executives, contributing to the growth of business of our partners via increased advertising presence on TikTok. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and driven professional to grow and make a significant impact within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- Collaborating and potentially leading a team as a people manager of Business Partnerships & Client Solutions Managers which also work with key clients
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for a managed portfolio as well as new acquisitions
- Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to review sales strategy and tactics
- Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok on the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technological advancements

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in the Czech advertising market, working with direct clients and media agencies
- Strong business and commercial acumen as well as understanding of brand and performance objectives
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers (including senior / c-level stakeholders)
- Sales and business development background
- Fluency in English & Fluency in Czech (main market will be Czech Republic and language skill is required)

Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership and ownership of managed business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferable with complex multi-business clients
- Experience in analysing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations
- Self-starter, fast learner with strong autonomous skills of work
