About the Team:
The TikTok Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
About the Role:
The Associate Program Manager will help drive initiatives, support measurement marketing efforts with 3rd party partners, and coordinate ongoing initiatives within the North America Measurement team. This position requires someone with attention to detail, curiosity about ad measurement, someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and who has the ability to take initiative and find opportunities to have impact for the team. This role will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across many functions including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing and Sales.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create templated reporting with internal tools
- Keep team documentation up to date
- Own projects that improve team operations and processes
- Drive program operations, including planning, logistics, communication, stakeholder alignment, and post-program evaluation.
- Work closely with other Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Measurement Partners to achieve projects needed to support the team.
- Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and team learning efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in program or project management
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with or supporting research or analytics teams.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset.
- Desire to learn about the advertising ecosystem and ad measurement.
- Ability to take partially scoped or ambiguous asks and see it through to completion.
- Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $110000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
