Position Summary
J. J. Keller is looking for a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and global supply chain initiatives. As a Senior Manager - Global Sourcing you will lead our Global Sourcing function, including Inventory Control, Buyers, and Buyer Assistants. This position is critical to ensure our company secures the goods, materials, and services we need to operate effectively and meet customer expectations worldwide.

You'll work cross-functionally with internal business partners and external suppliers to develop, implement and oversee sourcing strategies that support long-term business growth and strategic priorities that benefit J. J. Keller as a whole.
This position is a hybrid role, and will be required to work on-site at our Neenah, WI corporate office 3 days/week.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sourcing team.
- Set clear goals and performance standards while supporting career development.
- Oversee procurement activities to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of materials and services.
- Drive performance against key metrics: product forecast and availability, inventory turns, direct and indirect cost savings, product profit margins, supplier compliance, associate retention, budget control.
- Collaborate on product development to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate master supplier agreements and oversee large-dollar purchases.
- Participate in key strategic decisions, including "Build vs. Buy" evaluations.
- Manage indirect procurement, capital purchases, and contract renewals.
- Maintain supplier compliance with ISO 27001 and company standards.
- Coordinate capital budget planning, payment schedules, and corporate travel programs.
- Fully supports the company's commitment to safety and the environment and strive to maintain a clean, healthy and safe workplace.
Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain related role.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience working in an ERP environment preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field.
Other Skills/Qualifications
- Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
- CPM or related certificate preferred.
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to establish team metrics and deliver results.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work with departments across the organization and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop and implement growth plans and programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
Travel Requirement: 10%
