About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

Responsibilities
- Proactively seek sales opportunities and provide close partnerships for partner agencies to grow their business.
- To contribute to digital agencies revenue growth based on an in-depth understanding of TikTok solutions.
- To impact partner agencies in innovative ways and raise TikTok's credibility based on regular training, including seminars.
- Driven by an understanding of the digital campaign as POC for agency media planning, execution and efficiency analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or above
- 5+ years in the advertising/media industry
- Deep understanding of the Korean media agency ecosystem and knowledge of digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in driving performance marketing growth through data-driven strategies and execution.
- Enthusiasm for delivering sales presentations and leading training programs to a diverse audience
- Proven track record of success in a highly competitive, fast paced and challenging environment
