Responsibilities
TikTok's Agency Partnership Managers are responsible for building long-term partnerships with agencies across Europe, educating and informing them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with brands. As an APM, you will be responsible for developing partnerships with agencies' Brand Content departments, leveraging our CPS packages.
CPS is an innovative way to maximize TikTok's impact around tentpole moments and represents a new approach to activating our sponsorship opportunities.

- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Help deepen penetration within agencies' Brand Content departments
- Be instrumental in shaping the external narrative of CPS in the market
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the CPS product, processes, and go-to-market strategy
- Analyze campaign performance to provide ongoing feedback for optimized media solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Knowledge of the media landscape
- Experience in Brand Content sales
- Experience analyzing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Fluent in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Brand Content Operations design
- Strong network in agencies' Brand Content departments and creative agencies
- Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying
- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level executives
