At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

About the role:
As our Agency Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and developing innovative, commercially viable partnerships with key agencies across México. In this role, you'll also manage strategic agency client relationships, leveraging a deep understanding of their business needs to drive mutual growth. This position will play a key role in expanding our impact within the agency ecosystem by working cross-functionally to define strategic initiatives, lead agency product enablement efforts, and contribute to the development of a world-class team and culture.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify, prioritize, and secure agency opportunities
2. Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies
3. Use consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients
4. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions
5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
6. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
7. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
8. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
9. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices
10. Collaborate with internal teams to define go-to-market strategies and product solutions tailored to agency partners.
11. Drive education and enablement initiatives to maximize agency adoption and usage of our platform.
12. Contribute to broader team development and cultural growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of Ad Agency experience or similar role
2. Fluency in Spanish & Proficient in English (due to the business requirement in-region)
3. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
6. Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
7. A team player and collaborator

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
2. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
3. Ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment
4. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
5. Experience managing agency partnerships
6. Ability to work at several levels of the organization in parallel, including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, project management across external and internal departments.
7. Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach
8. Demonstrated ability to work with and in highly matrixed organizations.
