Responsibilities
The Agency Partner (AP) - a core component of TikTok's Agency & Ecosystem team - is responsible for accompanying ecosystem partners on a transformational journey towards short-form video excellence. The AP will build and deliver long term partnerships with the top agencies, enabling them to profitably serve the ever-changing advertising landscape.
This includes informing and equipping them with the latest knowledge about our ad solutions, uncovering win-win growth opportunities, nurturing commercial success and positioning TikTok as a premier business partner.
The desired result is for ecosystem partners to strategize, ideate and eventually produce with TikTok in mind.

- Ability to manage a large book of business made up of large multinational media agencies to local ones.
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with designated agencies, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Foster executive business relationships within agencies.
- Deliver engagement programs within agencies and collaborate with TikTok cross-functional partners on the delivery of specialized programs.
- Educate agency partners on TikTok's ad products, best practices, and industry trends to maximize their advertising effectiveness on the platform.
- Prepare and deliver regular QBRs to agency partners, demonstrating the value and impact of their campaigns on TikTok.
- Co-develop financial and non-financial incentives with the TikTok Agency Commercial team.
- Liaise with other Agency Partners on integrated Creative/Media/Measurement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute tailored partnership strategies that drive mutual business objectives and revenue growth.
- Feedback challenges and opportunities to the Agency Programs Manager, acting as the "voice of the market".
- Oversee and roll out contractual agreements and JBPs.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience in the MENA media agency ecosystem, with a strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad metrics, and market dynamics.
- Skilled in managing revenue growth, forecasting performance, and formulating market strategies based on data analysis and industry insights.
- Adept at engaging with agency and client C-suite stakeholders, as well as presenting to large audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with a tech partner.
- Experience working with a media agency.
- Given the nature of the region and business this talent will be supporting, Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
