About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

Responsibilities
-Be responsible for sales at multiple large digital agencies and take responsibility for sales.
-Design strategies to increase advertising sales.
-Manage multiple projects based on strategies, identify issues, and provide solutions.
-Promote the use of key products and the achievement of key indicators for assigned agencies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales
-Fluency in Japanese and Business level in English, as stakeholders will mostly be based in Japan and global
- Understand specifications and placement algorithms of multiple advertising media
- Ability to negotiate tenaciously and propose solutions from the customer's perspective
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional colaboration skills
