The Senior Process Management Analyst performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. Working independently under general supervision, this job maintains end user needs by ensuring the uptime; performance, resource availability, and security of the computers are within established operational guidelines. This job also uses their knowledge of computer languages and operations to find and fix problems in computer networks, such as network communications errors, storage problems, and malfunctioning server platforms.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintains the automation of routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.

  • Implements domain solutions and executes changes in line with the implementation plan.

  • Helps senior domain administrators with trouble shooting of day-to-day domain issues.

  • Configures servers and associated routers to ensure their smooth and reliable operation.

  • Creates documentation as it relates to domain configuration, routing, processes, and service records.

  • Updates current documentation of all equipment under operational control.

    Infrastructure Release Management and Change Management

    • Experience in Release/Change management including preparing communication plans, supervising release cycle meetings, incident meetings, tracking milestones, and release reviews.
    • Able to Conduct Release Management Service Reviews forum to review overall Release Management performance and Chair CAB meetings.
    • Provide recommendations to the Release Steering Committee regarding go/no-go decisions.
    • Able to monitor the effectiveness of the Release and change management process and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Able to manage the governance of the life cycle of changes and make sure that only authorized changes are implemented.
    • Able to manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations and Send regular status communications to technical and senior leadership
    • Able to Create Release/change management strategy.
    • Responsible for communicating and implementing the overall direction and management of the Release and Change Management Process.
    • Able Co-ordination with providers Infrastructure and Application related issues.
    • Able to designs and prepare change and release management metrics and reports for management
    • Identifies trends and potential Problem sources (by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis).
    • Assists in updating SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and various other documents under Quality management, Change/Release Management and document control.
    • Suggest/take Proactive steps to simplify as well as improve process.
    • Promote ITIL methodology and ensure industry best practices are followed.
    • Help keep the team focused and on track to meet KPIs.
