RFP Response
Leads the most highly critical / complex, or all module(s), of a Strategy & Planning (S&P) consulting engagement. Develops the associated research, analyses, potential solutions and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Discovers and structures complex S&P business problems, opportunities and issues as detailed engagement work plans.
- Leads team of S&P consultants to complete work plans. Performs highly complex analyses. Interacts with clients to share / test interim results.
- Synthesizes analyses, key findings and potential solutions into actionable S&P recommendations. Works with managers to prepare / deliver client presentations.
- Provides mentoring, coaching and performance management to other consultants. Recommends new and enhanced S&P capabilities and services.
