About the Role
- Define and communicate a clear vision for Order capture solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and customer requirements.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to ensure that the team is focused on delivering maximum value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams, to gather product requirements and feedback.
- Develop and validate optimal Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in product configuration management, including products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, and constraint rules.
- Possess strong knowledge of pricing management, such as price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback classes, and validation callback classes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with business needs, and deliver high-quality implementations while resolving issues effectively.
- Translate business strategies into product strategies, plans, and initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and technology trends to inform product decisions.
- Lead the product team, including product managers and owners, to achieve product goals and ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of product documentation, user stories, and use cases.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively to resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Security requirements.

About You
• 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in product management, particularly with SFDC and enterprise software applications.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and Order Capture/Conga solutions with exposure to key integrating technologies such as SAP/S4 HANA
• Results-oriented, impact driven and strategic thinker that enjoys helping stakeholders from current state to future state.
• Thrive working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Sales, Solution and Technical Architects, Designers and External Partners
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert in Agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data to inform decision-making.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
