Sr. Product Manager, Order Capture - Pricing/Conga Solutions

About the Role

• Define and communicate a clear vision for Order capture solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to ensure that the team is focused on delivering maximum value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams, to gather product requirements and feedback.
• Develop and validate optimal Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in product configuration management, including products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, and constraint rules.
• Possess strong knowledge of pricing management, such as price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback classes, and validation callback classes.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with business needs, and deliver high-quality implementations while resolving issues effectively.
• Translate business strategies into product strategies, plans, and initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and technology trends to inform product decisions.
• Lead the product team, including product managers and owners, to achieve product goals and ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of product documentation, user stories, and use cases.
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively to resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Security requirements.
