Digital Marketer, Operations Customer Service & Support
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Digital Marketer, you will:
- Meet or exceed the on-time task percentage established for the team.
- Uphold FindLaw's Digital Marketing fulfillment quality standards.
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of the digital marketing industry's changes and trends.
- Identify and remediate on and off-site performance issues.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Digital Marketer if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree required. Business or Marketing preferred.
- Having significant knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, social media, and local search.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in creating and implementing SEO strategies and tactics.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Semrush, SpyFu, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
