The Senior Contract and Client Onboarding Analyst plays a critical role as a highly skilled Analyst to lead client onboarding information, oversee supplier contract management, and provide backup support for treasury functions. You'll also train internal stakeholders across the company on standard processes and systems, leveraging your exceptional analytical and communication skills to build strong relationships and drive collaboration. - Maintain accurate financial records by managing client setup forms, banking details, and payment portal entries to ensure completeness, consistency, and data integrity across platforms.
- Review and interpret client contracts to verify compliance with internal policies, ensuring that onboarding and billing align with legal, financial, and operational standards.
- Support client onboarding execution by coordinating with Legal, HR, Tax, and Product teams to collect information and activate new relationships efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve onboarding issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and operational readiness.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients (internal and external) by proactively identifying and communicating opportunities for service improvement, expansion, or optimization.
- Support treasury operations by backing up payment processing, account administration, and transaction reconciliation to ensure accuracy and continuity.
- Assist with KPI evaluation and metrics reporting by collecting transaction data and collaborating with Finance to support teams' goals and measure success.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining documentation, validating transactions, and aligning onboarding practices with treasury and financial regulations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to assess fulfillment of contractual terms and identify areas for streamlining or cost savings opportunities.
- Document and improve onboarding workflows by identifying process gaps and supporting the rollout of scalable procedures that reduce errors and increase efficiency through automation and AI use.
- Review and provide oversight into company policies related to finance operations, including procurement, expense management, and purchase card programs, to ensure they are up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with industry's best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new staff on finance operation processes, including procurement, expense management, and payment processes, to ensure a smooth transition and minimize errors.
- Streamline finance operation processes by identifying areas for automation and AI by implementing efficient solutions to reduce manual work and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, including the development of new procedures, templates, and workflows.
- Analyze and recommend opportunities for automation, including the use of technology and software to improve finance operation processes.
- Work with the finance team to implement and maintain automated solutions, including data integration, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
- Lead projects to improve efficiency in finance operations processes and automation efforts.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Contract Management, Client onboarding, or Financial Operations.
- Analytical Strength: Proven ability to assess financial documents, identify process gaps, and recommend efficient solutions that improve accuracy and compliance.
- Client Focus: Strong relationship management skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to respond effectively to questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials). Experience using automation and AI tools a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of treasury and banking compliance practices, with familiarity in payment processing, reconciliation, and financial documentation standards.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

The salary range for this position is:
$85,100 - $127,700 Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
