Für unseren Store in Stuttgart suchen wir ab sofort einen Sicherheitsmitarbeiter / Doorman / Loss Prevention Officer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit 40 Std. pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Sichtbare, freundliche und zugängliche Präsenz an unseren Eingangstüren um Kunden,
Mitarbeitende und Waren zu schützen
- Verhinderung von Verlusten auf der Verkaufsfläche
- Gewährleistung der Sicherheit unserer Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Store-Team
- Herbeiführung effektiver Konfliktlösungen
Dein Profil:
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Belastbarkeit, sowie eine hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- In herausfordernden Situationen die Fähigkeit ruhig und professionell zu agieren
- Erfahrungen in einer kundenorientierten Rolle, Sicherheitsrolle, im Sicherheitsdienst, Security oder Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit hilfreich aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
