What You’ll Do:

• Own Your Territory: Knock doors, build relationships, and earn homeowner trust.
  
• Book Property Inspections: Help homeowners assess storm damage and offer real solutions.
  
• Close Deals and Build a Book of Business: Walk clients through the insurance and restoration process, delivering a 5-star experience.
  
• Stay Hungry, Stay Sharp: Sharpen your skills through ongoing sales and industry training.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with serious drive and a positive attitude.
  
• Coachability — eager to learn and grow your skills.
  
• Confidence and communication skills to win homeowners' trust.
  
• Physical ability to climb roofs and conduct inspections (drone training available).
  
• Basic tech skills (CRM experience a plus).
  

Compensation and Perks:

• First-year earnings $75,000–$120,000+ (many exceed $200K in year two)
  
• $6,000 Training Bonus ($500/week for 12 weeks)
  
• $2,500 Hiring Bonus after probation
  
• $5,000 Performance Bonus at 6 months
