The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing healthcare organization in Helena, Montana, to find a dedicated Dialysis LPN (0.5 FTE) to join their compassionate and mission-driven healthcare team. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality dialysis care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Position Summary:
The Dialysis LPN provides both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing routine chronic hemodialysis procedures, supporting patient transport, assisting with medications and treatments, and maintaining a safe, clean dialysis environment. This position is a vital part of the multidisciplinary care team, helping ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dialysis procedures under RN supervision in accordance with established protocols.
Communicate patient status and concerns to supervising RN.
Administer medications and perform dressing changes.
Transport patients within the hospital and assist as needed.

Monitor, clean, and maintain dialysis equipment.
Participate in the development of the patient’s plan of care.
Complete clerical and support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited technical school of nursing.
IV certification required for dialysis.
Current LPN license with the Montana State Board of Nursing.
BLS certification required.
Certification as a dialysis LPN or technician is encouraged, but not required.
At least 6 months of acute care or dialysis experience preferred.
