  • Provide and manage monthly/quarterly pricing analytics, reporting and forecasting. Act as business partner to division leadership.
  • Oversee big deal approval and evaluate rational to support big or low-price projects. Review and optimize approval flow, including matrix, delegations to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing and commercial team to develop pricing models taking account of market dynamic, product positioning, plan target and margin target. Deploy pricing strategy, monitor outcomes and provide recommendations if needed.
  • Prepare and work with marketing on yearly price adjustment considering cost impact, pricing performance and market competition.
  • Own and maintain pricing database. Review and update pricing rule on annual basis.
  • Responsible for pricing planning process. Provide pricing target and align with all stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate pricing discussion with stakeholders from Finance, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Support global and regional strategic team in key strategic projects from time to time.
  • Prepare to lead a team.

How you will get here:

Education

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required

Experience

  • Minimum of 8+ years of business and Finance experience
  • Experience in leading and running a team
  • Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization
  • Proficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • An ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skills
  • Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is preferred
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven business partner and influencer
