Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure BioProcess Containers are manufactured on time and meet required standards.
- Maintain high levels of QH&S and 5S within the department while driving continuous improvement.
- Complete relevant paperwork in accordance with cGMP and company guidelines.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of documentation and procedures.
- Load wagons using hand trucks.
- Operate pallet wrappers.
- Use IT systems to maintain databases and follow procedures.
- Monitor work in process using computer tracking systems.
- Control and coordinate the movement of BPC raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Work closely with the manufacturing department.
- Conduct process audits.
- Handle material accurately and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, prepare, and package components for manufacturing while maintaining accurate inventory.
- Assist in Goods In, Despatch, and the Boxing Room as needed.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met, including maintaining general housekeeping.
- Work towards performance-rated targets and Key Performance Indicators.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- FLT Counterbalance license preferred but not essential.
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills.
- Flexibility to operate in different areas as required.
- Some supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Previous warehouse and/or packaging experience.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to change.
