Job Description
Main Responsibility:
- Key contact person to provide support to local commercial team, preparing MBR deck, conduct deep financial analysis and lead the communication with global BU.
- Build forecasting models, assess risk and opportunities, ensure timely communication and alignment between global and China management team.
- Analyze revenue by vertical market, industry dynamics and competitive intelligence to support business decision making and action plans.
- Work with commercial team to develop annual operating plan and 5-year strategic plan.
- Define and enhance BI reporting roadmap and system to serve cross functions business needs.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and cross functions assignments.

Basic Qualification:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business.
- 7 plus years of financial analysis work. 3 years+ in budgeting & planning field in an international company.
- Hyperion Enterprise and ERP system or other planning system knowledge experience preferred.
- Availability to work autonomously, capable of managing large database. Skill with Power BI is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- High level of proficiency in financial modelling required. Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and comfortable under pressure.
- Ownership is required, results oriented and proactive.
