About the Role:

The Finance Transformation team is responsible for establishing scalable, global finance processes leveraging technology to enable the finance team to support CrowdStrike's rapid growth. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Senior Director, this role will be responsible for managing the transformation portfolio of a specific process area in partnership with accounting, finance, IT and other key stakeholders with a focus on implementing scalable, highly automated processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Support design of finance future state vision, identification of transformation initiatives and development of finance transformation roadmap.
  • Provide Transformation Portfolio Management for an individual process area including the intake, evaluation and priotization of new transformation initiatives and ongoing tracking and reporting on the progress of initiatives in the portfolio.
  • Provide Project Management support for cross-functional Finance and Accounting including system implementations, process transformations, operational improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Perform business process assessments to identify process transformation opportunities and partner with business stakeholders to define and implement scalable processes leveraging automation.
  • Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs, automate delivery of KPI dashboards and measure impact of transformation initiatives on the defined KPIs.
  • Work closely with IT to define finance systems strategy and ensure process designs are alined with finance systems best practices.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree, 8+ total years of professional experience, 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of standard portfolio and project management practices, tools, and methods.
  • Experience leading successful projects and acting as a change agent to drive transformation objectives.
  • Strong understanding of standard Finance and Accounting processes and experience evaluating and transforming processes.
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to fine-tune communication style to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.
Bonus Points:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Prior transformation consulting and/or high-growth publicly traded multi-national company experience.
  • Prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience (NetSuite, SalesForce, FinancialForce, Coupa, NAVAN, Blackline, etc.)
  • Experience working with shared services.
