The Opportunity / Who We Seek 

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Vice President to join our team as part of our financial services business in the Cayman Islands.  


The Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s. Since then we have grown to become one of the largest employers in Cayman, where colleagues from all over the world collaborate to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide. As the leader of our Cayman Private Client Trusts team you will:  


  • Focus on cultivating relationships with key clients, coordinating marketing, risk reporting and budget preparation and analysis.
  • You will have the ability to build on an existing portfolio of high net worth clients, cultivate new relationships through the Maples Group network and through your own network.
  • You will also be involved in ad hoc projects and represent the Maples Group at various association events.


What You Bring 

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following: 


  • An excellent academic background, a law degree, a membership with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners,
  • At least 10 years’ of trust industry experience with relevant senior management experience in building a private wealth trust business and leading teams,
  • Excellent organisational habits,
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
