The Opportunity / Who We Seek
As a result of continued growth, many of our teams require additional assistance through busy periods and therefore seeks applications for Internship positions.
Internships are available at various times throughout the year in many departments such as:
- Internal Finance
- Global Entity Services
- Client Accounting
- AML/Compliance
- HR/Recruitment
- Structured Finance
- Regulatory Services
- Funds Fiduciary
- Marketing
- Company Secretarial
- Fund Accounting
- Information Security
Primary responsibilities include:
- Data entry and reconciliation;
- Assisting with administration needs within the team, locally and globally;
- Assisting with entity tasks that need to be performed in accordance with our service agreements and protocols.
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Is currently studying towards a university/college diploma and seeking hands on experience in financial services;
- Is eager to learn and take on new tasks;
- Is committed to providing a good service to clients and team members, whether directly or indirectly;
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Has an aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.
