Senior Manager, E-commerce Japan

We're looking for a forward-thinking and collaborative leader to join our Japan & South Korea Operating Unit as Senior manager, Japan E-commerce. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our business growth at E-commerce through driving new shopper acquisition. You'll work closely with other E-commerce team members to co-develop and execute the plan. The ideal candidate will have experience working at E-commerce platformers (e.g. Amazon/Rakuten).
What You'll Do for Us:
Project management and execution
- Develop new shopper acquisition plan at each E-commerce platform site (e.g. Amazon/Rakuten) and execute it.
- Plan and execute E-commerce cross promotion through LINE exposure
- Prepare KPI performance dashboard and business report to provide insights on project performance, including new shopper acquisition metrics.
- Collaborate with other E-commerce members, internal stakeholders, external E-commerce platformers to execute business agendas, including business planning, channel performance reviews, and reporting.
- Lead shopper new shopper acquisition in accordance with LTV (Life-Time Value) concept enlighten to bottlers and related functions.
- Facilitate meetings, create agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Support collaboration with global and regional teams to align best practices and key deliverables.
- Plan and strategize to retain and expand current customer relationships.
- Develop mid-to-long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with E-commerce customers.
- Conduct market benchmark and identify best practices from leading E-commerce players (outside Beverage industry) and predict current and future shopper trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or marketing/sales role within a fast-paced organization.
- Ideally the candidate has experience working at E-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, with experience working with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights as well as the ability to conduct competitor analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive initiatives forward.
- Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and retail trends in the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, and financial implications including LTV (Life-Time Value) concept/ P&L drivers etc.
- Familiarity with BI tools is a plus
