We are seeking coffee category passionate, strategic thinking and business driven marketer to join Costa RTD. Costa RTD launched in Y20 and became industry No.2 player in the 3rd year, which created the record success in RTD coffee category. China is the No.1 volume contribution globally for Costa RTD business.
Faced the dominant No.1 player Nescafe and rapid growth category new players, we need explore Costa RTD China's disruptive & sustainable way to accelerate business growth and become the solid No.2 player. Candidates with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, end-to-end brand management will be the ideal for the role.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Closely work with Costa RTD brand director for annual brand plan development, identify the root issue/opportunity, develop clear growth pillars to accelerate Costa RTD sustainable growth and consumer recruitment
- Responsible for proposition evolvement, build consumer-centric differentiation to enhance brand power & accelerate drinker recruit
- Lead the segmented investment strategy development. Design, pilot, evolve and establish an efficient investment formular based on category, Costa business, competitor landscape and system capability
- IMC lead for annual Thematic & Winter campaign to enhance equity, expand drinker base and key occasion building. Ensure the campaign reflects brand strategy. Always be consumer-centric and effectively enable system to execute & amplify in trade
- Brand business diagnosis and analysis to lead holistic review, problem identification and manage routine performance tracking (brand/business)
- Closely work with cross-function & bottler. Like Creative, IMX, Frontline Marketing, Customer Commercial and Franchise, Finance, Technical and R&D, bottler marketing and sales teams

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Consumer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset
- Solid experiences in leading brand strategy development, IMC, Social & EC
- Experience in managing challenger stage brand (faced dominant leading player and quick growth competitors) and segmented approach brand building is a plus
- Good at dealing with ambiguity, thinking out of box, driving alignment and making it happen
- Good leadership and influencing skills to collaborate and drive alignment internally and externally
- 5 years+ fast tracking work experience with international brands, preferred in F&B, FMCG industries.
- Knowledge or expertise of coffee category is a plus
