What You'll Do for Us:
- Develop and implement strategic plans in the area of government relations and public policy to create a favorable business environment for The Coca-Cola Company in China.
- Lead engagement efforts with central government and quasi-government agencies to build trust and foster relationships essential for TCCC's license to operate.
- Spearhead advocacy outreach to key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulators, and trade associations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on geopolitical, macroeconomic, political, and legislative developments and trends to provide advice to company leadership.
- Drive execution of key partnership programs TCCC builds in China with government entities, trade associations, research institutes, and other organizations.

- Network with the relevant internal stakeholders to develop positions and strategies that mitigate risks while maximizing opportunities arising from potential changes in government policies and regulations.
- Lead the team to drive effective deliverables, manage agency partnerships to optimal impact, and cultivate cross-functional teamwork to achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain close collaboration with global headquarters and local bottlers to ensure alignment on strategies, priorities, and tactical execution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive, proven experience in government relations, public policy, or related fields, with a deep understanding of the Chinese government and political system. Working experience in government agencies or public sector is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and learning agility, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate multifaceted stakeholder relationships and translate complex policy landscapes for internal audiences.
- High proficiency of both spoken and written English is a must.
