Senior Director, Customer Growth

The Sr. Director II, Customer Growth partners directly with the Customer portfolio of 16 Foodservice customers and leads a team of 6 marketing strategists focused on delivering meaningful value for key account portfolio in alignment with the Customer sales teams to drive incidence and deliver mutual growth. This is a 'player-coach' role that builds partnerships with the Customer Sr. Marketing stakeholders and delivers our growth ambition by leading, coaching and building capabilities around our FSOP Coca-Cola Commitment. Ensures TCCS's ability to maximize sustainable growth of volume, profit and customer value creation while enhancing TCCC's relationship. Responsible for delivery of the annual business plan.

This position has a high amount of executive level interaction, engagement and stewardship with the customer and Coca-Cola Sr. Leadership. The Sr. Director II Customer Growth will lead, coach, and mentor their organization on strategic business planning, building customer engagement capabilities that drive beverage category incidence and sustainable business growth.

We are looking for a highly strategic, collaborative, innovative and results-driven marketing leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Customer and Consumer mindset and exceptional people leadership skills.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Lead the team to develop and implement total beverage marketing strategies founded on the overall Customer strategy, fully leveraging national marketing initiatives.
  • Models growth behaviors and leads a culture of empowerment that is focused on the development and motivation of individuals to achieve and sustain high performance.
  • Lead the team to construct & deliver annual marketing calendars that shape and contribute to the Customer's long-term planning process, as well as conducting Customer marketing stewardship reviews.
  • Bring the best of Coca-Cola Marketing to our customers by leading and developing the Customer Growth team to be experts in industry insights, strategy, digital, and program development.
  • The primary focus of this role is on people leadership of Customer Growth team along with marketing leadership representation on the Customer Leadership Team.
  • Develop long-term Customer relationships with ownership of senior level marketers and C-suite leaders.
  • Champion for both Customer and TCCC imperatives internally & externally to deliver on our Growth Promise in all areas.
  • Serve as a key strategic link between the Customer team and our Atlanta-based Customer Value and Growth organization to ensure we are collaborating effectively.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred
  • 10+ years CPG experience, preferably with background/experience within Foodservice & On-Premise and/or in a Customer Marketing role in other industries/channels
  • Proven experience leading and inspiring teams

Location - Atlanta

Travel - Approximately 30%
