Position Overview:
Responsible for the development and management of specific NARTD + ARTD beverage sub-channels and for the communication and alignment of priorities, expectations and execution approach within different areas.
Channel and Category Development, Planning and development of execution strategies, packaging Strategy, pricing/RGM alignment, ICE metrics alignment.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and implement growth opportunities in existing accounts, based on market trends
- Manage operational KPIs and prepare Post-Mortems of National Initiatives
- Align with internal teams, including Comerical, FLM, Franchise, RGM, to ensure consistency and effectiveness of strategies in the channel
- Work together with the Commercial team to make sure strategic pillars are being executed accordingly in KAs
