Manager, Strategic Insights & Analysis

This role supports these essential strategic priorities and guides the organization in developing and providing strategic consultation on company goals and priorities. We're looking for someone with a strategic mindset that wants to make a global impact. This role is responsible for a holistic understanding of the OU landscape to determine 'Where to Play'.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Oversee the detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address our biggest business challenges.
  • Partners and collaborates inside and outside the department with Functions/OUs/Platform Services based on the priorities of the enterprise and the department.
  • Connect different data sources to deliver a holistic understanding of the market to answer business questions and drive strategic conversations.
  • Work as part of the strategic planning process to determine company priorities and resource allocation.
  • Provide guidance on key elements and structure of the related implementation plan, including performance indicators and accountability systems.
  • Identify opportunities and implement recommendations to leverage knowledge sharing.
  • Act as an internal consultant when necessary to spearhead transformational initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in Strategy Consulting or Strategic Planning with experience in Consumer Products.
  • Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies for growth and margin improvement at the corporate, business, or brand level.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and oral and written communication skills; outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Problem solving, process mind-set and analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to rotate across priorities, leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working closely with OUs/Functions/Platform Services.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Chinese.
