What You'll Do:
SmartFactory Rx, a cutting-edge digital manufacturing solution, is transforming how factories operate through AI-driven actionable insights, advanced analytics, advanced productivity and automation. We are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact business development partnerships and digital-first customer programs. This role is pivotal in scaling our reach and delivering exceptional value across the full customer lifecycle-from strategic partner enablement to digital onboarding and long-term adoption.
Role Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution:
- Aligning organizational initiatives with long-term goals.
- Own the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives involving SmartFactory Rx partners and enterprise customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, deployment, sales, customer success, and marketing to align execution with business goals.
- Champion the QMS program to algin with business goals and customer requirements.
- Drive digital-first program delivery models to improve customer time-to-value and lifecycle engagement with adherence to QMS and GMP.

Business Development Partner Programs:
- Collaborate with strategic partners to co-develop go-to-market initiatives and joint value propositions.
- Define and track KPIs for partner success, enabling measurable growth in market penetration and revenue.
- Manage onboarding and enablement programs for channel and technology partners.
Customer Programs:
- Oversee the digital customer journey from onboarding through adoption, success, and renewal.
- Define and implement scalable customer engagement models, including self-serve, Applied led, and hybrid programs.
- Ensure feedback from customer programs directly informs product development, technology and strategic priorities.
- Monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strategic Planning & Governance:
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Identify risks and dependencies across business development and customer portfolios and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on program performance and strategic impact.
- Conduct thorough debriefing sessions and develop a robust system for continuous program improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Communications or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic program management, business development, or customer success-preferably in SaaS, digital manufacturing, or industrial software.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation in manufacturing and the Industry 4.0 ecosystem.
- Proven track record in managing partner ecosystems and digital customer engagement programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives.
- Expertise in agile program management, change management, and metrics-driven monitoring and execution.

U.S. Salary Range:
$144,000.00 - $198,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
