Position Overview:

LATAM Creative Manager will focus primarily on developing the creative plan for different Flavors brands

  • Collaborating with E2E & Brand Leads to define opportunities for disruptive creative narratives, and together building a plan to translate those opportunities into actions.
  • Drive integration between shopper & content creative thinking to deliver a seamless brand experience
  • Defining the content plan and development cross marketing sub-functions (including but not limited to Design, Connections, Consumer & Shopper Engagement, Digital, Media)
  • Aligning key stakeholders to IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) strategy; leading agency relationships and identifying innovative ways to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
  • Crafting the storytelling of the campaigns, ensuring consistency through various forms of content amplified at multiple connection points
  • Developing exciting Core Creative Ideas for Regional Brands (as Lead) and local brands
  • Leading execution plans to craft expressions of the Core Creative Idea, that are in consistence with the Brand Essence and Architecture
  • Relentlessly challenging for more innovative brand experiences
  • Working with Human Insights Team to translate the killer insights into most powerful content & activation expressions

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Communication and creative experience (+7 years)
  • Great consumer understanding and cultural trends
  • Experience on content & production creative development
  • Ability to decode IMX strategy and execution plans
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Agency Creative or Planning Experience is a plus
  • Communication Focus
  • Role will require frequent communication with Creative Strategy, Category Lead; E2E Lea & IMX Sub-function Leads; Frontline
  • Must be comfortable pushing for innovative approaches to communications development and building buy-in across key internal and external stakeholders
