As a Senior Manager of Franchise Operations for Panama, you will lead the coordination of the Coca-Cola system (between the Hub and Femsa) to drive market performance. You will be responsible for leveraging the brand and commercial plans across all our iconic brands in the region. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Sales, Marketing, Commercial Execution and have a strong acumen in Analysis and Project Management.

What you'll do for us

  • Ensure alignment of business results with the Bottler.
  • Support the growth agenda aligned with our OU and system strategy and priorities.
  • Oversee the orchestration of TCCC's-network initiatives and ensure alignment and flawless execution by bottling partners.
  • Lead the implementation of Coca-Cola Company's vision, build strong internal and external connections, identify business opportunities, and translate them into concrete actions with agile and effective decision-making.
  • Manage and articulate the day-to-day operations of the franchise, working closely with the Frontline teams. Co-lead localization of plans and monitor the progress of key indicators to achieve Business Plan objectives (e.g., share, transactions, revenues, volume).
  • Foster communication between the Bottler and Coca-Cola concerning priorities, programs, market issues, and performance. Collaborate with the Bottler to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business goals. Review and implement revenue growth opportunities and solutions.
  • Track performance and provide early feedback to the Business Plan.

Qualification & Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Master's in Business Administration, Marketing or demonstrable experience.

Related Work Experience:

  • +3 years within the Coca-Cola System or FMCG in a franchise model or equivalent, where leading through influence plays a key role.
  • Experience in the FMCG Industry, with emphasis on Commercial and Project Management.

Functional Skills:

  • Practical experience in as many of the following areas as possible:
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
    • Project Management.
    • Influence and persuasive skills.
    • Leadership skills.
    • Value-based relationship building and solid interpersonal interactions.
    • Analytical skills.
    • Systematic and strategic thinking.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Coca-Cola System (highly preferred).
