  • Developing and delivering a locally relevant, commercially successful food and beverage range for Mexico.
  • Leading market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to shape product strategy.
  • Driving new product and existing product development from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with Costa/Coca-Cola standards.
  • Supporting our franchise partners on supplier set-up, approvals, and operational readiness.
  • Championing data-driven decisions to optimise performance, profitability, and consumer reach.
  • Engaging and influencing key stakeholders through compelling business cases and sell-in decks.

Who you are

It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:

  • A creative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen and deep knowledge of F&B development in retail or hospitality.
  • Skilled at analysing trends and data, translating insights into winning product strategies.
  • Experienced in leading multi-site or branded F&B projects, ideally including NPD and supplier management.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, confident managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with strong knowledge of food legislation and safety standards.
  • Desirable: Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Catering or Business Management; HACCP qualified; experience in international, franchise, or coffee/food service environments.
