Position Overview:
The HR Solution Portfolio Director is responsible for aligning digital HR needs with business goals, optimizing the HR solutions portfolio, supporting the strategy to drive digital maturity, and ensuring efficient project management and implementation of HR technologies. This role serves as a focal link between HR Technology teams, business stakeholders, and the HR community to enhance operations, data insights, and user experience. Additionally, this position requires conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses, proactively promoting existing solutions, and leading the implementation and maintenance of enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps and Artificial Intelligence.

HR Solution Portfolio Management:

  • Align digital HR needs with business objectives and drive digital maturity through the evaluation and selection of optimal HR technologies.
  • Enhance HR operations by fostering straight-through processing, promoting existing solutions, and eliminating redundancies in the HR solutions portfolio.
  • Serve as a liaison between the HR community, the Employee Experience Hub, and technology teams, to be the main point of contact, support project implementation, provide data insights, and improve user experience.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments, maintaining an up-to-date map of all digital solutions.

Program Management:

  • Provide program management and Scrum Master services to HR technology teams, advocating Agile methodologies and offering user training and support.
  • Support financial processes and maintain metrics and KPIs for the HR Solutions organization.
  • Champion the execution and continuous enhancement of Portfolio Governance, driving its maturity and alignment with our strategic objectives.

Enterprise Platforms:

  • Liaison for implementation, maintenance, and enhancements of enterprise platforms for the Employee Experience Hub, including Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, and other enterprise technologies, while providing troubleshooting and support.

Career Development and Management:

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, guiding team members and contributors in their career growth and development within the HR Solutions organization

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.

Related Work Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in relevant areas.
  • Experience in human resource management processes and systems.
  • Experience in all aspects of project management of Technology and non-Technology related projects.
  • Experience balancing immediate and short-term needs and delivering results.


Functional Skills:


  • Proficiency in SCRUM methodology and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Workday, ATS, LMS, Qualtrics, and other HR solutions.
  • Capacity to manage ambiguity and lead change effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience working within multiple cultural environments.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Effective customer relationship management, understanding of business needs.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple priorities within a single project.
  • Strong program and project management skills ensuring successful delivery.
  • Advanced data and analytical skills to support executive decision-making processes.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and content creation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to integrate new systems, tools, and technologies including social networking and mobile tools.
