Prepare project template and timeline and manage the overall project. Engage with HR stakeholders on understanding and capturing requirement, ensuring local requirements are taken into account for global project. Partners with global HR counterpart, technology team and implementation partner on coming up with technology solutions and related process changes. Perform system testing and manage user acceptance testing, issue tracking and resolution process. Manage change management to provide communication and training for stakeholders. Participate in strategic projects implementing new features and enhancements Participate in release management assessing and testing new features At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. 4+ years' experience in HRIS role working on HR Systems implementation, enhancement and change management, preferably with experience working as part of a global team. Strong knowledge and experience on Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting a plus. Strong technical mindset to understand system functionality and limitation. Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets. Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and "can do" mindset. Strong project management and change management skills. Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Workday's core HCM, absence and recruiting module; hands-on experience on business process configuration, security and reporting.
