Coca-Cola is recruiting a Director - Digital Platforms & Experiences to join its Digital Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX) team covering ASEAN & South Pacific region as an individual contributor, on a permanent basis.
This role will be the Business Product Owner responsible for leading owned digital platforms and experiences that drive first-party consumer acquisition and engagement for The Coca-Cola Company in Asean and South Pacific (ASP) region. The ideal candidate will develop and operationalize strategic digital initiatives that grow drinking transactions, working with Global product teams to ensure the region's owned digital needs are delivered on time and in line with our region's marketing strategy and activation plans.

This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing (both ASP & global Category, Frontline Marketing, IMX, Global - IMX, Category), Martech, agency and platform partners. The role will also partner with other internal and external development teams, to oversee digital product build and delivery
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the owned digital platforms strategy and consumer experiences aligned with business goals and industry trends. Influence the global owned platforms product roadmap, define prioritized features & UX/UI strategy for ASP, that enables the acceleration of first-party consumer acquisition and engagement success.
- Partner with Category, Frontline, Commercial, and IMX Digital teams to identify digital platform opportunities that address our markets' business challenges and develop solutions to address them within the digital strategy and product roadmap.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the owned digital platforms and processes, ensuring product features demonstrate business value in line with business goals.
- Guide and oversee user journeys conceptualization and execution excellence on owned digital platforms for both charters and always-on, ensuring seamless and impactful interactions that would result in active users and continuous engagement throughout the user journey.
- Effectively communicate the owned digital platforms vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for owned digital platform initiatives.
- Be the conduit between Martech and key marketing stakeholders, to simply but effectively communicate any updates on operational/technical challenges on owned platforms.
- Partner with the agency to ensure they deliver scalable owned experiences that deliver engaging consumer experiences in an efficient way across the operating unit. Manage the digital platforms and operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for projects, and providing financial oversight to ensure projects are executed within budget.
- Partner with the Data Lead to establish OKRs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the owned digital platforms effort.
- Work closely with Marketing technology teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with the Coca-Cola Company's technology stack and capabilities, with timely and successful delivery of the owned digital platform roadmap.
- Serve as a thought leader in digital trends and landscape, providing user-centric insight and guidance to the organization with best practices to guide the continuous owned digital platform innovation that will enable repeat user engagement with our portfolio of brands, across our owned digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Passion for consumer-centered digital product design and a desire to advocate for the best consumer experience.
- Minimum of 8-12 years' experience with proven track record in delivering Digital Transformation with measurable business results. Digital Transformation/Digital Lead/Digital Platforms Lead or similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate technical information into easily comprehendible updates by generalist stakeholders and influence and build relationships across diverse geographical teams and across all stakeholder levels.
- Strong knowledge of digital trends and emerging marketing technologies, especially in ASEAN & South Pacific regions, across web/mobile sites, applications, messaging platforms and owned platform measurement tools.
