We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Supply Planning Specialist in Argentina. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless flow of materials and information for all finished goods SKUs coming from our CPS Plant. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and decision-making, with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Monitor and Analyze: Track WOS (Weeks of Supply) reports for finished goods materials. Analyze improvement opportunities and provide planning parameter suggestions.
  • Product Availability: Ensure on-time, in-full availability of products to bottlers by defining finished goods inventory policies, monitoring coverage reports, and aligning actions with the Production Schedulers team.
  • Lead Planning Sessions: Facilitate Pre-Supply Planning Process (Pre-SPP) and Supply Planning Process (SPP) sessions, ensuring comprehensive information capture from Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, New Products, Human Resources, Lab, Projects, and Demand.
  • Drive Key Initiatives: Lead critical initiatives such as Migration Routine and New Products execution.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Actively support troubleshooting initiatives and update plant requirements to Shared Services.
  • Risk Management: Execute local Enterprise Risk Management components, including Business Continuity Plans and Risk Assessments, and support risk analysis efforts.

What Are the Qualifications Needed:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent, ideally in Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering.
  • Experience: Two years of experience within CPS (Coca-Cola Plant Systems) is desirable.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong writing, listening, and oral communication skills.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship and networking abilities.
    • Robust analytical skills and the capability to interpret information effectively.
    • Ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities effectively.
