We are looking for an Operational Excellence (OE) Specialist who will take the lead in executing impactful initiatives that eliminate waste, reduce variability, and optimize processes.   • Implementation of OE Tools: Empower teams to achieve sustainability through tools like Relentless Loss Elimination, Standard Work, Work Methodology and Cycle Time Analysis, and Workplace Organization 5S (e.g., Communication Center, OEE) (60%).
  • Roadmap Goal Achievement: Assess progress against OE milestones and roadmap goals (10%).
  • Leadership in 5S and Reporting: Conduct monthly 5S audits, manage T-Card reporting, and lead follow-up activities to maintain accountability (10%).
  • Process Optimization Workshops: Support and participate in Six Sigma projects and Agile Workshops, ensuring alignment with value stream analysis (10%).
  • Risk Mitigation and Continuous Improvement: Identify food safety, environmental, and quality risks and apply problem-solving tools to address challenges, improve processes, and maintain organizational knowledge (10%).

What You'll Need to Bring:

We're ready to invest in a candidate who has a drive for continuous improvement and thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments. The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree (in progress) in Engineering, Chemistry, Accounting, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in relevant areas such as engineering, process management, or manufacturing.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Familiarity with operational tools and technologies, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Flow, etc.).
    • Proficiency in overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and performance management systems.
