What You'll Do

  • Order & Customer Management: Process customer orders, resolve complaints, and ensure delivery timelines.
  • Sales Insights & Analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Team Liaison: Act as a connector between customers, production, distribution, and sales teams.
  • Systems Management: Implement and train teams on tools to improve sales operations.
  • Administrative Support: Ensure smooth interactions between business, vendors, and customers.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in sales operations, customer support, or similar roles (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sales systems, databases, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
