Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is hiring for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the Power feed and PTR team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift!

The 787 Fulfillment Organization Site Fulfillment Support is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects or the Power feed and PTR team.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Identifies, manages and implements business improvements driving increased productivity and operational efficiency across all shifts for Powerfeed and PTR.
  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience working in either manufacturing or aerospace
  • 3+ years of work experience with Tool Services
  • 3+ years of work experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • 3+ years of work experience with project management skills
  • 3+ years of work experience with organizational skills
  • 3+ years of work experience with communication and collaboration skills
  • 3+ years of work experience with CribMaster experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $79,050- $106,950
