Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support the team in West Jordan, UT, or Salt Lake City, UT. This position will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aircraft details to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes, on variable shifts.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing subject areas.
  • Develops and implements business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
  • Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Ability to work any assigned shift including weekends.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role.
  • 1+ years of experience in familiarity with continuous process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years Boeing Commercial Airplane experience.

Summary pay range: $96,900-$131,100
