Boeing Commercial Airplanes Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics Team (MOS&L) is looking for a First-line Manufacturing Manager (level K) based out of Renton, WA to support the Product Services team to lead the computer-aided measurement systems and photogrammetry services (CAMS).

This position requires a strong cross-functional leader to strategically partner with manufacturing to achieve organizational performance and program goals. Our hallmark service with providing digital data for assembly accuracy is essential to root-cause analysis, trend investigations, validation and assessments, and process and product development support.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Able to drive safety, quality, accountability and trust with effective teamwork

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments, and utilizing the One Boeing Production System.

Summary pay range: $103,700-$140,300
