The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Planning organization is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager (Level K) to lead a team in support of products and services across a global customer base. This role will be responsible for creating and executing demand and supply plans as well as managing inventory performance for the business. The manager will be overseeing projects and process improvements as well as the balance between inventory productivity and availability. This manager will also be responsible for collaboration across functions, process alignment, performance impact analysis, and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. The selected candidate will be accountable to successfully manage, develop, and motivate the team.

This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location: Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:
  • This role also has responsibility for people, budget, systems and tools, and is accountable for execution, schedule and quality performance.
  • Position requires strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with asset management systems & tools including supply planning & forecasting and knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SI&OP) is preferred.
  • Manage employee growth and development,leveragingbest practices toadvance team capability, technical expertise and process efficiencies.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provide vision, oversight, and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • 5+ years' experience in, supply chain planning, supplier management, and/or project management
  • Ability to travel 25%

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Possess excellent communication skills allowing for cross functional interaction with the Customer, Program, supply chain, contracts, finance, engineering, and quality.
  • Experience working in a management or leadership role
  • Possess strong analytical, business acumen, communication

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: 119,000 - 161,000
