Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is currently seeking an Associate Tool & Fixture Specialist (Level B) to join the Powerfeed Team in Final Assembly to support the 787 Program inNorth Charleston, South Carolina on Variable Shift!
This position is on the 787 Final Assembly Powerfeed Team; this team sets-up positive feed, power feed, and orbital drill motors as well as presetting cutting tools, for major aircraft joins. By joining this team you'll be able to join a team with a positive work culture.

Position Responsibilities:
- Performs routine tool set up activities.
- Makes minor repairs.
- Performs manufacture, assembly and fabrication of tools.
- Operates various factory support equipment to move materials, product, and tools as required.
- Provides tooling support to other organizations.
- Assists in determining fabrication and assembly processes for the design.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must be willing to work on any shift assigned, including weekends and holidays
- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
- 1+ years of experience with the set-up, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of machine tools
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Confined Space Certification and Fall Protection Certification
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Respirator certification.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 6 months or more of experience setting-up and maintaining powerfeed drills.
- 6 months or more of experience in setting-up cutters for both manual and automation operations.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $53,360 - $57,420
