Job Overview
The Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering ICT is Core-Team Member Manufacturing Engineering in the Customer Focus Team acc. to Lean PD Process V2.
Internal Interfaces are Project Management (PJM), Product Engineering (PE), Procurement, Finance/Cost Accounting, Quality, TE Plants as also to external suppliers.
- Supporting PE to optimize parts in regards of producibility
- Design to cost
- Request for offers for Prototype Tools (Invest / piece cost)
- Specifications for serial tooling
- Concept for serial tooling and processes
- Compile of the best tool/process and present to Leadership Team for decission making
- Check and release of tolling concepts and design acc. Spec.
- Mold Flow capability
- Project / Tooling Progress check and evaluate
- Project schedule reporting
- Secure technical and financial targets
- Initiation / execution of tool correction

What your background should look like:
- Master / Engineer with a solid background / knowledge (8+ years) in Tooling / Molding
- Experience in 2K Molding or Stamping is a plus
- Knowledge of Molding processes
- Project Management skills
- Customer-oriented
- Willingness to work on continues improvement
- Very good communication skills
- German and English verbal and written
- MS Office acknowledgment
- Driver License
- Travel up to 50%
