Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Develop and execute Industrial Japan/Korea Marketing Plan, focusing on country business goals, customer needs, align with IND global Marketing and Sales strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate exhibitions, sponsored events, customer Tech Day and other events with high quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop various marketing assets' localization (brochures, catalogues, videos, advertisements, presentations, etc.) manage new Industrial product launch and product promotion in Japan.
  • Plan and execute external communications with key press conference, media interviews and press releases.
  • Manage marketing operations including logo gifts, sample boxes, and other marketing tools; support the PR/PO process of marketing, and tracking expenses.

Internal Communications

  • Plan and execute internal communications plan based on the business priority. Develop and manage internal communications programs including Internal Comm Newsletter, myTE, Town Hall, Employee Video, Orange Day, Family Day, etc

What your background should look like:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience 5+years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaigns.
  • Strong ability to communicate the value of wide range of technical products in a complex, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Passionate with marketing, dynamic, high energy team player.
  • Mature, credible, patient, and hard- working.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, able to multi-task and perform under pressure and willing to roll-up sleeves and do the work required to flawless execution.
  • Experience in Industrial industry is a plus.
  • Flexibility to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, matrix organization.
  • Excellent Japanese and English language abilities.
