Job Description:

CUSTOMER

  • Support execution of testing engagement work in accordance with established standards to achieve completion within targeted timelines
  • Conduct skilled analytical research and analysis as part of the testing review
  • Work collaboratively with FCRM Testing team throughout the testing review
  • Support follow-up of findings raised from testing reviews in accordance with established standards
  • Through the execution of testing responsibilities, proactively identify matters which require additional attention, further escalation, or review

SHAREHOLDER

  • Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines
  • Contribute to the analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives within defined assignments
  • Adhere to internal policies, standards and procedures, methodologies, and applicable regulatory requirements to contribute to the review of internal processes and activities
  • Understand the operations of the business unit/area being tested and to identify potential FCRM risks through testing activities
  • Clearly and concisely document research as required to understand requirements specific to a review
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends, risk and typologies of money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported through FCRM testing

  • Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise testing and FCRM and participate in knowledge sharing within the team

  • Participate in personal performance management and development activities,
  • related to day-to-day activities
  • Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities
  • Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce

BREADTH & DEPTH:

  • Supports the execution of testing review in accordance with established standards to achieve completion within targeted timelines
  • Completes documentation for the various activities within a review
  • Requires working professional level knowledge of the functional area and/or business areas supported and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of testing for design and operating effectiveness of processes and controls for financial crimes risks
  • Independently perform specific tasks from end-to-end, assigned by the review owner or team lead

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience
